Qore Performance was created to fill a capability gap (designing multipurpose gear to optimize efficiency) identified by Inventor & Co-Founder Justin Li during a search for an armed suspect in the Southern California desert where Justin served as a sworn law enforcement officer. Justin teamed up with Co-Founder J.D. Willcox to build Qore Performance into a tech startup whose mission reaches far beyond carrying water.
